Terms of service

Effective 2026-10-28.

  1. Previews are free, with no obligation. Unclaimed previews are kept for 30 days, then taken down and deleted. Preview pages for businesses that did not request them are unlisted, marked noindex, and carry a visible "unofficial mock-up, not affiliated with the business" banner.
  2. Launch ($149), Pro ($299), Google profile ($99) are one-time fixed prices. Work starts after payment and the info we need from you.
  3. Care ($29/mo) renews monthly until you cancel by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
  4. Your content: you confirm you have the right to the names, logos and photos you give us. You own your site content and your domain. We will not publish reviews or claims you did not supply or that are not true.
  5. AI assistance: we use AI tools to draft copy and layouts; every deliverable is checked against a written quality checklist before it goes live. See AI disclosure.
  6. Liability: services are provided as described; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
  7. These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
  8. Hosting: Launch ($149) includes 12 months of hosting on Brightstoop's Cloudflare setup at no extra fee. After 12 months you may continue hosting with Care at no more than $29/month, or ask for your site files and host them anywhere. We never start a paid plan without your OK.
  9. What's included: Launch and Pro include up to 2 rounds of changes before launch; a round is one list of changes sent in one email. Care includes up to 2 small edits a month (text, hours, prices, photos you send; no new pages). Unused edits don't roll over. Larger changes are quoted in writing before any work.
  10. Response time: we reply by email within 1 business day and finish small Care edits within 3 business days.
  11. Your domain: the domain is registered in your name, in an account you control. If you want us to register it, you pay the registrar's price at cost and we move it to you on request at no charge.
  12. Leaving: at any time you can ask for a .zip of your site (HTML, CSS, images and the text you gave us); we send it within 5 business days at no charge. Third-party fonts and icons keep their own licenses.
